Our Refund Standards

GENERAL POLICY
We offer refunds only in cases where services were not delivered within the maximum timeframe outlined at the time of your order. In specific cases, we may issue pro-rated refunds for partially completed services — such decisions are made at our sole discretion and require full procedural review.

VIOLATION OF TERMS
If a client violates our Terms & Conditions, a refund may not be granted. Each case is reviewed individually, and refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

VERIFICATION SERVICES
Verification orders are fully refundable only if we fail to deliver the service within the maximum delivery window. These services rely on timely communication and required inputs from the client. Delays caused by the client may extend the expected delivery timeframe.

Please note:
– Any username changes, profile alterations, or third-party services that interfere with the process may void the order and refund eligibility.
– If you rename your verified account via a third party and lose your verification badge, Social Magnetize is not liable. To avoid this, we recommend using our verified renaming service.
– No refund is possible once verification is completed successfully.

VERIFICATION WITH PR SERVICES
Bundled PR + verification services are fully refundable only if we fail to verify your account within the agreed timeframe, or within 90 business days, whichever is longer.

Important notes:
– The PR component of this package is non-refundable once delivered, even if the verification fails.
– The same username, visibility, and third-party rules apply.
– No refund is issued once verification is successful and the full service is delivered.

PR & MEDIA PLACEMENT
PR and media services are fully refundable only if we are unable to publish your content on the promised publications within the stated delivery period.
Once a media or PR placement is completed, no refund is possible.

UNBAN / ACCOUNT RECOVERY
You are eligible for a full refund if we do not deliver unban or account recovery services within the stated timeframe.

Please note:
– These services depend on ongoing input from the client. Delays from the client’s side may impact the delivery timeline.
– We are not responsible if the account is re-banned or compromised due to client activity (e.g., violations, unsafe behavior).
– No refund is provided once the account is successfully recovered.

USERNAME CHANGE / CLAIM
No refund is provided if:
– The client changes the username, profile URL, or handle during an active campaign.
– The profile visibility is switched to private during delivery.
– Delivered usernames are manually changed post-claim.

A full refund is granted only if we are unable to deliver the requested username within 90 business days.

REPUTATION REPAIR
Reputation repair services are fully refundable only if we are unable to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe or within 90 business days from the date of order — whichever is later.
If the harmful content is successfully removed, deindexed, or suppressed as agreed, no refund will be issued.
In cases where only partial results are achieved, pro-rated refunds may be considered at our discretion.

DELETION OF DELIVERED RESULTS
If the client is found deleting delivered fans, likes, comments, views, or any form of engagement, the campaign will be voided and no refund or compensation will be provided.
